Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated letter. Every detail is designed to make writing feel playful, meaningful, and gently inspiring — a soft reminder to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself on the page.

We design each month’s content for the moment you receive it. Because we ship at the end of the month, your letter will usually arrive in the following month. For example, if you signed up for April, everything inside is thoughtfully created for May — ready to meet you right where you are.

Shipping is included in the Blooms Club price (yes, even international!). If you order Blooms Club alongside other items, your monthly letter will ship separately at the end of the month.

Refunds & Replacements

All Blooms Mail subscriptions and purchases are final sale and non-refundable once they have been processed.
Because Blooms Mail is sent through standard postal mail, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service, destination, holidays, customs, or unexpected delays. Once your mail has been handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer within our control, and Primary Blooms is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered mail.
That said, we always want you to receive your happy mail. If your envelope appears to be lost in transit, we are happy to offer one complimentary replacement per order/subscription month, as long as the shipping address provided was correct at the time of shipment.
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate before your renewal or order is processed. We are unable to offer refunds or repeated replacements for incorrect addresses, postal delays, or lost mail after a replacement has already been sent.

When does Blooms Club ship?
Blooms Club ships on the last business day of each month. Orders placed after the 28th will ship with the following month’s mail so we have enough time to carefully prepare and pack each letter.
When will I receive my letter?
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
U.S. orders: 5–14 business days
International orders: 2–6 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, holidays, customs, or your local mail service.
Can I track my letter?
Blooms Club is sent via regular letter mail, which means it is untracked by default. An optional tracked shipping upgrade is available at checkout if you’d like to follow your mail along the way.
For untracked letters, we’re unable to monitor or control the delivery journey once it has been handed to the postal carrier.
Help! I entered the wrong address.
Please email us at hello@primaryblooms.com as soon as possible.
If your letter has not shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.
Once your letter has been sent, we’re unable to change the address or offer a refund for mail sent to an incorrect address.
What if my letter hasn’t arrived?
If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please email us at hello@primaryblooms.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Because standard letter mail is untracked, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered mail.
However, if your mail appears to be lost in transit and your shipping address was correct, we’re happy to offer one complimentary replacement.

When am I billed each month?
You’ll be billed on the same day of the month you originally subscribed.
For example, if you join on July 15, you’ll be billed again on August 15, September 15, and so on.
To avoid your next charge, please cancel before your upcoming billing date.
How do my charges match up with my shipments?
Each charge goes toward that month’s Blooms Club mail.
For example:
- Charged March 3 → March mail ships March 31
- Charged April 3 → April mail ships April 30
- Charged May 3 → May mail ships May 31
Orders placed after the monthly cutoff may be moved to the following month’s shipment so we have time to prepare your mail with care.
How can I update my address, payment details, or subscription?
You can update your shipping address, payment method, or subscription settings anytime through your customer portal.
You can also pause or cancel your subscription there.
