FAQs
Why hasn’t my Blooms Club shipped yet?
We ship on the last business day of each calendar month. If you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st, your letter will ship on the last day of that month.
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?
Blooms Club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day of each month.
- U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
- International deliveries can take 15+ business days.
There’s also an optional tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout if you’d like to follow your mail along the way.
For untracked letters, delivery times can vary depending on the postal system, and we’re unfortunately unable to control their journey—so please make sure your mailing address is accurate and up to date before each shipment.

How can I update my address or payment details?
Head to your customer portal to update your address, payment method, or to pause/cancel anytime. Need help? Just email hello@primaryblooms.com.

When am I billed each month?
You’ll be billed on the same day of the month you originally subscribed (e.g., join on July 15 → billed Aug 15, Sept 15, etc.). To cancel, just do so before your next billing date.

Yes! Use your recipient’s name and address at checkout—it makes the sweetest surprise mail.
