At Primary Blooms, we proudly ship worldwide! 🌎
We work from both our US/CA studios and our home country Vietnam. Depending on the product(s) in your order, your package may be fulfilled from Vietnam or North America, which can affect shipping time.
✈️ Where Do Items Ship From?
Some of our products are stored in our Vietnam studio and will ship from there. Others, like select journals, may be stocked in the US or Canada for faster delivery.
We always list the shipping origin in the product description, so you’ll know what to expect before you order.
If your cart contains items from different locations, we may ship your entire order from Vietnam to keep shipping simple and flat. 📦💜

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 weeks, we’ll offer a full refund or reship.
🚚 Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping of $5.95 to all countries, free shipping from $100.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note: it may take up to 7 days for tracking activity to update depending on the carrier.
Track your order status anytime using your tracking number.
🛠️ Processing Time
Orders are packed and processed within 1–3 business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
❗ Customs & Duties
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
We typically cover duties for orders shipped from Vietnam, but this may vary by country. EU customers, please note: due to recent VAT changes, additional charges may apply.
💌 Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to make a change? You can cancel or update your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@primaryblooms.com with your name and order number.
After 12 hours, your order will be in processing and we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
While we don’t offer returns, if you received a faulty or damaged item, email our customer support at hello@primaryblooms.com. Include your order email and photos of the issue.
We’ll assess each case individually and offer a refund if applicable — your happiness matters to us 💛
